Mirror, mirror please tell her
Scale, please tell her too
That she doesn’t need to change anything
That she’s pretty and perfect just as she is right now
Just be happy, don’t worry
Don’t look for your flaws
Instead of the mirror, just look into my eyes
Instead of the scale, just get on my back
No matter how much I take you apart
And look and look at you
I can’t find that part of yourself that you think isn’t pretty
----
Ohnooo my body clock is screwed! Supposed to be asleep but I think I'm too awake from dancing to the music just now!!

Love long weekends cause I get to rest more; poor throat and nose be well soon so that I don't have to continue suffering at work!!

And... There're always free channels during public holidays! Happy happy debs cause this means I get to watch the kmtv channels to sing and dance (more like just randomly jumping around to exercise) HAHA. And today le bro and I realised that the Oh!K channel actually airs shows from MBC!!!
Omg you should totally see my expression when I saw Infinity Challenge being aired!! Last week's episode somemore!! It's the super funny one where I posted one the funny vids on Facebook. :D was literally LOL-ing at 1am HAHAHA. Bro was saying we should subscribe to this to satisfy our own TV wants, but heyyyy I'm working and he's enlisting soon so who's gna watch on weekdays! But yeah aft that was my music show and I got to exercise at.. 2ish HAHAHA. Too many happy songs for happy debs I cannot take itttt. Poor cable box was telling me we need to delete past recordings again oops!

Heheh but so many things happened that kinda made my day such that I don't feel burdened or upset anymore. Or maybe cause I've got too much work on hand to think about them too. It's good :D

Shall find to blog soon! Shall be good and start some research for my work tmr so that I can finish my reports on time. Haven't started oops, still busy w my previous assignment. And it's really been too long since I rushed reports out; even in NTU I usually plan my report drafts like at least a week or two beforehand so that I can slowly refine it. Now it's.. 1-2 reports in 1 week haha I'm gna go crazy LOL.

K goodnight! Shall finish my songs before sleeping. Shake is-s-shake it // P-A-R-T-Y // 심킁해 // Just right *inserts ok sign* :D

General update - Work || Commencement || Durian Party
Sunday, 12 July 2015

Hehehe in case ya'll didn't know, I'm officially in my first perm job.... As an associate in Transfer Pricing at EY :) Perm job means cannot countdown to end of work already! No more 10-weeks internship where you can countdown and be excited when freedom draws near. Now I can only pray that peak wouldn't be too bad (cause I cannot work under stress T.T) and anticipate January when we can finally take a break!

Work's been good so far I guess? Hahaha like what Miss Jow said, NTU never had any courses that really teach about TP, so... my learning curve will be very steep! And I kinda feel it too, Barely 2 weeks of work (1.5 to be exact) I feel like I've done a lot though it's actually nothing much. Like general engagement letters which actually state the scope of work (and those are what we have to do), industry analysis report and bench-marking analysis.

Really learning a lot, like it but it's going to be quite tough at the start; we're only learning bits and pieces of the whole process! More to come! Sounds cheem but I hope it's not too difficult. Not a fast learner and I'm really scared that I cannot remember my stuff.

The current issue is that my sleep cycle isn't really adjusted back yet; most of the times I would fall asleep on the couch at 12-ish, and waking up at 2-ish to move to my own bedroom when my brother is ready to turn in for the night, too. Because of that I think I'm tired in the morning! And I don't have the habit of staring at my laptop screen for long hours so my eyes get really tired in the late afternoon oops. But I'll get used to all these soon!!

Oh yessss, let me introduce you to my colleagues!

From left: Noel, Me, An, Emily, Ember, Tzehui! Hahaha glad that our batch is so huge given that we only have a capacity of 42~45, and that means I'll have lunch buddies most of the time! :) Like not everyone will be free everyday especially when it's the peak period - We'll probably be too busy to head out for (long) lunches.

And they are nice people too! Noel happens to be friends with Derek and Rujun, small world hehh! Tzehui is also from NTU, she's super bubbly! An, Ember and Emily are from NUS. An is a Vietnamese who majored in Economics, Ember and I share the same buddy and assessor. Emily is the one who thought that I never wore specs HAHA. All of them damn smart please! Heard accountancy students in NUS do have some knowledge on TP, so yeaps, they can apply what they learnt! Both Noel and Tzehui are double degree holders too. Poor debs is just a normal accountancy student :X

Good news for this week is that I completed my first ever report in years!! Clocked in a lot of hours and probably not a fantastic job done but that was the best I could do with my limited knowledge... Well I hope my senior doesn't have to edit a lot or tell me the information was not relevant!!!

& To end off the week, we had a TP mini outing! Durian party at Zhitang's house. They bought 10 durians at first and thought it wasn't enough, so another 7 pizzas were ordered that would arrive quite late! But the durians were cleared damn quickly when not everyone was here so they headed out to get more.. such that by the time the pizzas arrived we were all bloated. But it was a good gathering out of work!! Got to talk about non-work-related stuff and knowing my colleagues better; hopefully it helps with getting rid of awkwardness cause I'm still at the super cautious stage.

With 3/4 of those who went early!! Spot Ms Jow!! Fave tax tutor :) :)

Went to get my graduation gown.today! Really feeling old already; my parents want to get our family shoot done so yeaps, we only paid for the non-refundable deposit and got my full set for free. With a lion toy. (But I still want the NTU bear LOL. So cute w specs!!) Can't wait for 3rd Aug :)

But yessss, went to Laiyin's commencement on Thursday. Waited super long but still congratulations! One of my first few friends (in my batch) to graduate. But okay la, I'm also one of the first few to graduate amongst my secondary school friends, and already in the working world. Not sure if I should be happy not but I guess I'll slowly adapt to it.

Ending my post cause I wanna sleep soon!! Like soon. Hehehe.

Archive!

Super thankful to have Rae now omg thanks for that half an hour of sleep time you spared for me omgomgomg T_T And thanks for the advice, I hope one day I'll feel the same way as you did!! :( But not soon though, need some timeeee.

And also Bev and Lynn for checking out on me, feeling very very thankful I'm not alone <3

Le buddy is somewhat in the same predicament as me but I hope hers is different though!! Don't want her to have the same feeling as I did cause it really sucks!!

Despite all these, I'm so glad to meet with people whom I care for in tw!! Unannounced visit to Hi-life and had my usual supper that brought back so many memories back on exchange :'( Here it goes again!!!

Really cannot sleep so imma do my expenses again

Song of the day: Demons by Imagine Dragons

(songs aft this are It's Okay It's Love & Though It Hurts It's Okay 😢)

Otw to Kaohsiung! Went to download this song cause it was stuck in my head for damn long. Didn't know the title of this song till recently when I heard it while shopping in one of the night markets in Taiwan! So as usual I tried to Google the lyrics to find this. :)

Gna spend about 2.5 days in Kaohsiung cause Idw to go Kenting alr! Like the weather is good but just don't feel like going. I shall just remember it as the place where I'm never fated to try the sports, and where I fell off an ATV~ Lynn was still asking cause she knew I wanted it so bad but I guess it's really okay! It's the same as how I don't have cravings for 雞排 since I came Taiwan; but I still had one yesterday!

I'm hoping I'll really enjoy my days in Kaohsiung; it's the place with the most memories, and maybe the place where will hurt the most cause everything is different already :( But this healing trip will only be useful to me if I can go to the place that is the most 觸景傷情 and say goodbye with a smile. I really hope I won't end up crying if I have to leave the place again :(

That aside, I'm excited to see people whom I missed! Shall try to keep my mood in check thereeee. And it's been long since I had my earpiece on! (cause Lynn is sleeping on the train :P She's been a really nice buddy to travel with yayyy)

Don't get too close, it's dark inside. It's where my Demons hide.

I think I'm really lucky
Wednesday, 24 June 2015

Something off my bucket list today so I'm extremely happy. Definitely not smooth sailing; haha never had the luck of successfully trying new stuff but I think overall I'm glad I'm still safe!!!!!

Given the number of times I fell and how close I was to the end of the cliff before I took off I'm just glad nothing serious happened. People who knew I was going to do this were telling me to stay safe since I'm so accident prone and if anything happened I wouldn't be here typing random stuff at 1 am!! And even more grateful cause I didn't get new scars from all the falls and scratches. Good idea to cover myself up like a bao in the hot weather but I want to avoid getting injured again hehe.

Hmmm essentials for tonight after forgetting to put sunblock today!! All those moisturizers and night cream to protect my skin! But definitely becoming 小黑 again!! (those snacks there are 鳳梨酥 from my new friends! It's different from Chia Te's one cause it's shaped such that it looks like the map of Taiwan)

And yes made new friends again!! Lynn was saying cause I was friendly so they offered to bring us around and even treated us to fruits and drinks. Felt so bad oops. Like my intention of talking to people was to avoid awkward silence! But still thankful to have people bringing us around and taking care of us. I don't think I deserve such good treatment, really!!!! My godsis says I'm a social butterfly. I beg to differ though, cause I think I'm one who likes to hang around with close friends.

Oh I spoke to the Koreans in our hostel only to know we bunk in the same room! :D Apparently they didn't come as a huge group but somehow they all booked the same hostel?!

But yeaps, this trip has been really interesting! Like meeting new people everywhere and talking to them! Spoke to locals, Chinese and even Singaporeans while we're up in the mountains! It's a totally different feeling from my previous trip, I like!!!

& I'm getting better at accepting facts! Like I'm slowly adjusting to the I don't really care already stage! Feels so familiar somehow hahaha. Seems like going on trips really make a difference; I'll be back stronger and better than before!! :)

----
Since my phone is still not fully charged I shall ramble a little moreeeee!

Watched 康熙來了 with Anna and Lynn when we brought Anna to our hostel! It's quite an interesting topic though: Do girls need to have a male BFF, or something along the line!!

Idk leh, I kinda like to debate on this! Think I asked LG before cause everytime I met her I'd talk about stuff that would somehow lead to topics about me being a girly girl. Which kinda meant that it's super duper hard for me to open up to guys. So yeah, chances of me having a male BFF is sooo low cause I would always want to avoid any talks or stirring!

But I have to say that I've really tried to open up a little more especially during intern and exchange! Like trying to not avoid guys like they are plague HAHAHA. Still!! I think I wouldn't want to have a male BFF cause for me I think it's very difficult to draw the line between bestfriend and boyfriend! Like I don't think I can differentiate the way I treat them cause they are both close to me. Like for my closer guy friends last time I'm always having a little trouble with figuring out whether I like them as a bestfriend or what. So I just ended up friend zoning or bro-zoning them! Seems like my heart is always taking control of my mind so I can't think properly lolol.

But well.... I guess my opinion may change over time! Cause seems like having a male BFF is good when you need advice from someone with a different mindset, or when you need someone to protect you after getting yourself drunk, telling them stuff that you couldn't have told your boyf or anyone else, etc. But my question is always.. Won't the boyf be jealous of the bestf whom you're always so close to??? I think I'm narrow minded cause I may think too much if my future boyf is a girls' guy and have female bffs :/

TAIWAN AGAIN!
Tuesday, 23 June 2015

Sparing another 5 minutes of my precious sleep to type this after sparing 35 mins penning my post in Evernote!

Yes I'm back in Taiwan! Things aren't going smoothly but I'm still happy!! We didn't really have an itinerary to begin with hahaha. Being lost is also a fun part of travelling okay!!

And I just want to be away from places that make me remember stuff that burdens me. But yeah, walking through Raohe and staying in Space Inn do bring back some memories.

This is meant to be more of a healing trip for myself! So long as I'm not feeling upset or burdened it's good!! :)

Hoping to be able to do my first yolo stuff of my bucket list tmr!!!

24 hours' time
Sunday, 21 June 2015

I'll be making my way to the airport!! Sigh so late already seems like I can never repay my sleep debt.

Halfway done w packing! Wanted to pack light but it's difficult considering we're moving around everywhere. And it seems like it's raining alot in Taiwan, so have to prep for wet weather, especially for places that we have never visited before or are not familiar with!! Kinda realised our draft itinerary has only places we want to go so I went to add stuff like directions from one place to another except for Kaohsiung, important timings, and also our train tickets information!!! Haven't book yet cause I think our itinerary will change somehow but need to know the prices and available timings! And lucky I planned cause I realised some places we cannot take TRA so must reroute a little!

Found out the list of places to store baggage around Taiwan!! Super useful cause most of our accommodations they only allow check-ins in the afternoon, like past 3pm so we need to settle storage!

Also kinda did rough planning for wet weather, like if it rains then kenting is probably out so we can tour around Taitung! Still found it a pity that we didn't explore much the last time around, but well some things are quite unexpected~ But well won't visit the same places if not it wouldn't be memorable anymore!!

Left with food places; I think I'm okay with eating around the area, and Lynn says she found her food places around the regions we will be at!

Yup so now it feels more like I'm going travelling! Guess the key difference about travelling in a group and with only one other friend is the responsibility to plan well. In a group for my case I'm always well taken care of so I don't exactly do much planning. For exchange we have the guys who are human GPS, and weishan who always looked out for places of interest. For Korea we have Lisin who planned the routes and even if we don't follow the itinerary we have the guys who are good with maps! And I do realise I'm not planning much most of the time HAHA.

This time around I felt like there's a greater sense of responsibility. Partly cause both of us aren't that map savvy especially me, and that we don't want to waste time finding our way so I thought it's good to plan a little! I'm hoping it'll be useful though :) And lastly cause I'm not the youngest one already! So yes nobody to pamper me so I must be more independent!!

Also done with my packing list to see what else to settle by tmr! After hours of planning I went to calculate how much more we need to set aside for accoms and the more expensive activities to see if I changed enough NTD. Trying to reduce budget also cause I feel so broke after all the good food I had over the week. Restaurants and cafés hahah omg living the life of a taitai please. :S

Can never finish my Taipei post. At most till day 3 only oops! BUT I'LL TRY TO FIND TIME TO FINISH IT!!

Okay time to sleep! :) hopefully I won't dream of Kaohsiung again! Had this dream about us housemates cycling to NSYSU after getting breakfast at Hi-life, and also cycling out of Sizihwan through Banana Pier! Missing those times but noooo if I keep dreaming of these I'm quite scared I'll suddenly miss exchange times again. Then I won't get to enjoy my trip cause the company isn't the same.

Oh right, must rmb to get WS her stickers, CK's Lu wei (cause he misses it so much) and Bryan's tie dan!

Wan annnn!!

Less than a week..
Wednesday, 17 June 2015

I'll be Taiwan-bound!! Quite excited but okay maybe not THAT excited yet cause I've got a lot of things on my mind. Mehhhh.

Wanted to continue my Taipei post - I purposely added a lot of photos and saved the draft so that I can type it while travelling to vivo, BUT. I accidentally backspaced a tad too much and deleted a few photos along the way. Sighhhh then I don't really dare to continue typing in case I make it worse. So yeah I'll just find time to do it again tonight.. While uploading more photos from Korea (I'll just edit the posting time so it'll not be separated from the previous half-post!)

Not very willing to upload the photos; even stopped uploading CNY photos for a few years already. But I guess that's the only way the rest can get the group photos cause I literally spammed them while in Korea; something I learnt from exchange haha. It's always better to have more than less!! If not I'll have to trouble people to send me photos to help me construct my timeline of events for me to remember.

But other than that I see no point to expose my life to everyone else. Like if you're my closer friends I'd probably shared a few photos while I'm enjoying myself or at least showed the album when we meet up. Sigh don't like feeling so exposed but I guess grad trips.. I'll just make them an exception. :)

Had a nightmare in the morning, like something that felt so real that I'm starting to worry if anything bad is about to happen! Don't really have a good feeling about it, but I hope its not about those who are travelling now, oror not about my upcoming trip please!!

Now that I'm travelling to vivo, I think woodlands is not too far alr. At least I have direct bus and the travelling time is a lot shorter :( still remembered the day when we went jb I left one hour earlier and reached the earliest with Alex. But now it's about an hour too but I'm nowhere near Harbourfront omg :(

Super tempted to download a song from Birth of a Beauty. Ballads are always so awesome when I'm a lil down! And the lyrics are equally sad;

"You're next to someone else right now. You're probably so happy that there's probably no place for me."

Somehow the shows I'm watching lately are telling me that 內在美比較重要. I wonder how true is that in real life? Like no matter what first impressions normally come from the looks cause that's the only thing you can assess before even talking to the person to know more about the character.

Ending a super relatable quote from Chels, was reading her blog just now!

"人往往对自己得不到的东西执着不放。东西到手之后才发现,其实没想象中的那么好"
----
Back from dinner! Hehehe I was the latest, like 15 mins late sorry! Dinner at Pu Tien :) Luckily they ordered first, and feeling very thankful that I tried all the food they ordered!! Like it's not for me so they would just order what the majority wants. And somehow I tried everything! Like even those dishes that I don't know or I think I may not like - like yam. Proud of myself for not being picky, and glad that nobody pointed out I was a picky eater; they probably forgot about it as well.

But after today I think I have found some liking for certain food - my food list is expanding be happy everyoneeee cause it means I'll be less of a burden in the future :D Oh right, since I'm travelling with Lynn, I'll try to adapt to more vegetarian food, and be less picky. JIAYOU DEBS!!! :)

We prepared a cake for Ziyang's advanced birthday celebration, and so happened that there were fireworks right before the cake was served, lucky us! :)

Most importantly... we had full attendance today! Last year I was the absent one cause I didn't join for dinner (I only joined for the games in the afternoon). So glad to see everyone again, though I'm not anticipating all their teasing! Like when I was late I said I was with my mum and they went like.. whose mum *inserts cheeky emoticon* And I was dumb enough to fall for their trick and go into defense mode - but ya lor Janelle said it was too obvious that even if I don't explain it using the person's name everyone also know who I'm talking about -.-

HAHA GUYS DIDN'T Y'ALL SAY WHATEVER HAPPENS IN KOREA STAYS IN KOREA? Tsk but at least they brought their sense of (weird) humour back - whenever they say stuff I cannot take them seriously!! It's like so funny yet frustrating sometimes.

Nonetheless, good time out with y'all! I shall try to make it for more outings alright :) Here's a not so clear photo for tonight~

Jerald and I got a ride back thanks to Aaron!! Perks of having someone who stays near me ^^ But we kinda stopped by at Jerald's place for awhile cause they were talking about some issues while I was just listening. Haha I'm only a good listener, but hardly a good advisor because I can't seem to say whatever I want at the right time. Like I've got opinions but I can't seem to put them into words. But I hope your problems get solved soon Aaron!! Thanks for the ride back once again!

Back home and I have more food to eat HAHA. How to not get fat at this rate??? And I'm actually thinking how much tea did I actually drink cause my back and stomach are killing me at the same time. Like that my massage also no use already lorrrr. Was telling mum not to cancel the appointment the day before cause they say massage can help to relieve backaches and cramps but now that I spammed so much tea I guess it wouldn't be useful already haha.

4 - TAIPEI (20 - 24/11/2014) Day 2 (II)

DAY 2: 十分老街 / 四廣潭吊橋 /  觀瀑吊橋 / 眼鏡洞瀑布  -> 南雅奇石 / 陰陽海 /  十三層遺址 / 黃金瀑布/ 九份老街 / 西門町

Second half of this day's travels! After touring Shifen, we headed towards Taipei city area! Went to store our baggage in lockers before starting touring in the afternoon. Bumped into this cab driver who offered to bring us around some of the attractions around the area that is not very accessible by bus! So yeap, we booked the private cab to travel around for the day :) Actually I think it's quite worth it, cause the drivers will bring you to quite a number of places based on which package you chose!

And I think it's cheaper than getting a car to drive around (if you don't know what are the attractions around)

So the first stop is at 南雅奇石 (Nanya Rock Formations) - it's a place famous for its rock formations and sea-eroded coral shores. The driver/guide was friendly though, she really introduced the places to us and even told us how to take the photos :)

Walked down some rocky steps to explore the place!

As usual, we-fies!

After our attempt to cross to the over side of the stream

Picture with the rock formation :D
Headed back up and just.. took more photos. Hahaha I'm pretty sure we took a lot of photos here, but it's quite pretty. Always liked to travel to visit scenic places~ But before that.. more group photos!

This time, we tried taking a few photos of the eroded rocks and said it looked like some desert overview! (Hahaha but actually when I was screening for the photos I thought the photo kinda showed some face instead)

Took photos with the rocks as well!

Monkey see monkey do! haha ooops but Idk why the last photo not as bright!

The guide was asking us to pose with the rocks. Cmi debs doesn't know what to pose cause she hardly takes photos!

Super pretty sea view!! I think I can sit and stay alone for very long time~

Favourite selfie for the day :P

Last we-fie before heading towards our next location! Apparently someone doesn't know where my camera was~~

Our next stop was towards 十三層遺址 and 陰陽海 (Ying Yang Sea)!! We can see the sea from 十三層遺址! (Oops I cannot find English translation for this)

Pretty view when we got off the cab
The guide was asking us to take a 千手觀音 photo with the backgound...

And also more photos with this insta-worthy background in some abandoned house between the two scenic areas! As you can see.. Le roomie and I are not cut out to be models. Damn unnatural and I never took such photos before HAHA. #camerashydebs

Last group photo before we moved on! And I realised our outfits kinda matched the background.... and we are colour-coordinated!! Blue x red ftw~

This place got the feel right!
Followed the tour guide and we managed to see the sea!! Like the name suggests, it looks like the 八卦 sign cause of the different colours. But the sandy-like colour is caused by gold that seeped into the sea!

Super pretty mountain views from where we were :D Everywhere is just so pretty, like honestly how often do we get to see these!!

Rare photo with le housemate cause my hand was too short to snap a photo with the background! And I kinda realised we didn't take many photos together - like it's always either the 4 of us or wsck and separate photos of us or I'm taking selfies with Weishan (cause I was most comfortable with her at the start)

So pretty <3

We never forget to take our we-fies :)

Another we-fie, with an epic comment from roomie when I did that pose HAHA - she just finds it funny when people want to take picture under the sun but still do that "I don't want to face the sun" pose and block their own faces. But I wanted to avoid having Asian eyes!!

So to solve the problem? Wear shades!! (Borrowed shades for this shot :P) Hahaha it didn't occur to me that I would need this cause I was always wearing specs, but yay at least I can avoid having small eyes x specs which is a horrible combination. (Not that my eyes were huge to begin with)

The next stop is at a (now abandoned) gold mine cave. We couldn't make a trip in so we just took a group photo outside as a momento!

Hehehe I'm not the shortest in this photo :)
Last stop around this area - 黃金瀑布 (Golden Waterfall)! The guide helped us take a group photo first before heading off with my phone to snap more pictures of the waterfall!

It looks quite nice right! :)

:D
Last group photo here~~

The view of the waterfall from another perspective.

We went to touch the waters too, cause according to the guide the water will have a mercury smell, which was true!! Quite interesting heh, and yes the water is not drinkable :P

Last photo with a nice background at the northern most tourist site before heading towards Jiufen! :)

The guide drove all the way up to Jiufen; I think it was a mountainous road cause I had motion sickness (just didn't vomit hehe). And told us to contact her when we are almost done (I think we roughly set a time to meet as well).

She dropped us off from a distance to Jiufen cause it was quite packed, and also did tell us the places to visit and eat! So after a long day of travelling and being touristy with all those photos, it's time to EAT! :D

We just tried a few different dishes around the area; mainly because it was so crowded and we wanted to find the place to catch the sunset :)

Some of the food we tried included meatballs and this dessert that is simiar to blackball with all the Q-balls minus the grass jelly! Such desserts are common in Taiwan and they come in a greater variety! The one we tried had green tea / taro / sweet potato?

We also tried this Pineapple Vinegar when we passed by a shop selling that - apparently it is good for detox! But mean housemate had this huge grin for wsck tskkkk. And after trying I think I still don't like vinegar in general. 我真的不吃醋!

Weishan and I got 海燕窩! Preferred the warm to the iced version. And I love the taste, quite similar to the longan dessert that we have every CNY!! Sweet sweet one, I like!! And when you cool the hot mxture it'll become jelly-like :D

Unfortunately we didn't manage to catch the sunset, Not sure if we missed it; like we reached some high area before sun set timing and waited like forever but didn't see the sun setting :(

Headed back to the station where we left our baggage and headed for our accoms at Space Inn!! It was quite funny though, we didn't know how it looked like, and based on how much we paid we didn't expect too much. Even Bryan was joking that it may be as atas as the shopping mall we saw along the way.... And true enough it was INSIDE the shopping mall, at the basement!!

The place is quite cool though, even the entrance looks like those where you'll enter the spaceship!! And the interior looks super pretty (Weishan took photos of it in the later days; will post then!) Like it totally suit the name and it's space-like theme. And since we had 4 people, we were assigned to a room instead of sharing with the others. Privacy and I probably feel safe that nobody else have access to our stuff when we're out!

Our room and bunk beds at C-08! :)
Weishan and I went to explore the toilet before heading out and it's soooo pretty omg. Like some 5-star hotel kind!!!

Area to wash hands!
This is the common area to use the hair dryer; we can leave our stuff in those compartments in the meantime! There's even a dryer!!

They also separated the toilets from the bathing area ~

Headed out to meet Ben for dinner cause he was studying in NTU (National Taipei University) then!! Went to tour around the streets of 西門町(Ximending) while looking for food. Decided on Coco Ichibanya in the end~ Japanese curry and chicken cutlet omgggg :D

Continued walking and exploring the areas near Ximending before heading back! Short catch up with Ben but it's good to see him again after he visited us the last time :) And smartdebs kinda remembered the way back to our accoms! (Was trying to remember routes and it wasn't too difficult cause there weren't many turns)

Finally done at 4am again! Have to thank Weishan for the photos; kinda asked for it so it really helped to piece everything together :) But more work also cause I have to look at photos from her & those from my phone & facebook. Not sure whether to upload these photos on facebook cause it's been too long since exchange ended and we have our own grad trip photos hmmm. If upload now sure clash; but if upload later people might think we went Taipei again HAHA.

Super long post omg; really visited quite a few places and took alot of photos in a day!
