Whooooo Idk to say if I should be glad that I'm studying now instead of working.
Well, adults say studying is definitely way better than being in a working environment, but studying is really driving me crazy to some extent! (& I'm wondering how am I gonna survive next timeeeeee) Probably the only thing that keeps me going is the company of friends in hall/school. I do get stressed often but talking to people I'm comfortable with definitely made my day, be it some random talk or comments.
Hahaha okay I still dk why I can smile so much that people get the impression that I'm coping well with school tskkkkkkk.

Speaking of which OB is really getting on my nerves when I can't think out of the box and the 1000 word essay on creative thinking is due next fridayyy. And this is coupled with assignments and projects seriouslyyyyy :( There's a marketing proposal due soon and the tutor didn't say anything; there's weekly tutorials that I'm doing (&sometimes I still don't get the concepts!) I'm still trying to squeeze in time for notes and... TV time. Been trying to watch recent RM episodes but likka faillllll :(

Oh yes my marketing tutor really reminds me of the NTU interview I had months ago, like omg it's likka nightmare over again 'cause he'll pose a question and whoever who answers that will definitely get rebutted and it'll seem like a debate during tutorials. I don't even have the courage to consult him srsly cause I don't wanna be shot and yes I don't know my concepts. He'd probably play around with me instead arghz. I get his intentions but it's not what I would imagine for a tutorial.

Anw I'm done with groupings for various projects and I do hope I can survive with my groupings! Hahaha my OB group is a lil' too quiet and Idk how to make people speak up. I've got pretty nice marketing group (girl power ftw okayyyz) and a noisy/funny stats study group! :)

Chronology of events for the past monthhhhhhhhh:

I'm not exactly one, but I guess I'm close to one!

School's started and tbh I think I'm not coping very well! I hardly participate in class, take damn long to finish my tutorials and I barely have time to read up on anything. And all these can be explained by my own behaviour srsly. I'm close to a perfectionist; I am scared to make mistakes and I always aim to complete everything without making much mistakes. I don't wanna be judged by others if I ever make mistakes, but all these done at the expense of my time (&sometimes I still can't finish my tutorials -_-). And actually I can't really seem to think of how to go about doing my tutorials for some modules cause I'm really really scared that I may be called and if I answer wrongly I'd be judged at my capability and knowledge. I'm really really trying to avoid it argh, though I know it's not good!! I'm actually putting my class participations at risks too, since the professors usually says it's okay to give wrong answer cause we can discuss it  and at least I'll still be taking part in class.
I think I'll be stuck at this point for a really really long time!

And I've actually find Marketing and OB quite challenging for me, cause they are more practical-based, like you need to do case studies to truly understand instead of just spamming whatever theories that you've been taught. And I think application of knowledge is really really difficult for me. There's lotsa writing for OB as well!!!! :(:(:(:(

I'm ejoying hall life but I think I'll have trouble with schoolwork-hall balance!! Supper HTHT sessions almost everyday!! I went for quite a number of trials, and I signed up for dance and softball. Dk if I'll regret not cause both dance and softball require quite a bit of training and skills uh!! Also signed up for IIC(investment club) which I think it'll be useful! Idk if I should try welfare club, sounds good cause of the activities as well as points that I'll need in order to get min points for staying in hall next year!! Applied for hall comms but I think it's gone alreadyyyyyyyyyyyy. But I'm scared it'll be too taxing! :( Esp when I'm so unsure with what I'm studying!! Lagging much.


Btw, I love HTHT sessions but knowing too much kills, if you know what I mean :(

I have OB seminar and two other lects on monday and they're consecutive!! As in no breaks at all! My monday will be damn tiring leh omg!! And I cant seem to change my lect timings; changing OB timeslot will make it a 5day week!!!

JUST WENT SHOPPING TODAY OMG I THINK I SPENT TOO MUCH AGAIN, INCLUDING THE STUFF TO BRING TO HALL!! The small fan I bought don't seem to help much in dealing the heat in the room I think, how!!!!!

Woohoo I survived hall camp! Glad to say that I didn't miss much; I'd only went home one morning to deposit stuff and skipped most of Flavours(aka soysauce night omg smelly maxxxxxxxx) for NBS bash!

Camp was quite fun overall, though the first few days was quite bad that it made it seem really cmiii, but I'm glad I stayed uh! Just a pity that I didn't manage to slip off to meet Moltres people for supperz, surprise and the send-off cause I'm seriously not good at making excuses to run away lollllllll. But I still heart Moltres k! :)

Oh yes I'm super glad hall camp wasn't as tiring as nbs one; more sleep and yes less couple interaction kinda stuff!! Hehehe I'm like super thankful for that cause I'm never comfortable with physical contact lol!
For SP the guys didn't get it as bad as the nbs foc one did hahah! And SP night was held at RP for everybody instead-2 couples per table! Not bad uh but was quite awkward and I was whatsapping Lynn who's sitting beside me lol! Just super tired on the last day when they had initiation games!! Omg caterpillar + losta running + leopard crawling on mud + no sleep (blindfolded the whole night) = cui max! But I'm glad I went through it though. Camps always remind me that I need to exerciseeeee moreeeeeeee. #sadfact

Oh we won the MOST AYE AYE AWARD! GO HOBYYYY!

Some interesting facts for Camp Aye Aye!
- I think I feel much more comfortable with Hoby girls. And I'm really serious! I guess skipping precamp for NBS FOC really made it harder for me to blend in with people in Moltres, but well overall I'm still glad to be part of Moltres! Just that I find it much easier to talk to people in Hoby Idk why hahah! Glad to have made good friends with Lynn, Kathy, Natalia, Lecia, Zhekang, Wanling, Melody! Omgz heart them much!

- I really find Zhekang super brave & Melody really cute! I'm very very sure I'll never be able to shave my hair, so yupp, really respect Zhekang!! And Melody's accent is really very funny in a cute way!

- Idk why but I love talking to a few seniors!! For girls it's like Nicole, Yilin and Mainbao!! It's like super easy to talk to them omg and seems that we have things in common to talk about!! Won't forget how I'll just naturally walk beside one of them to talk during camp and talk about random stuff! :) For the guys, Lynn & I talked to Darren and Zongting quite often ah!! Hahaha for Darren cause he alw disturb us one! & It took us so long for him to reveal his traffic light colour! And Zongting he's really too blur alr lolol but he's someone who talks to people easily so yup! But generally all seniors are friendly and I likeeeee :)

- I've got really funny seniors like Mark(I think everyone knows him alr!) And Kuek who said he was half Russian on the first night of camp and got us all confused HAHAHA.

- Hoby's got 3 people who look really alike!! Victor, Xurong and Terence(aka fake freshie!) Omg I really got mixed up with them on the second day when Terence came in! Like seriously I was trying not to call the wrong names! For seniors I think Boon Hoe and Jerico look alike Idk why. Really 傻傻分不清楚!!

- I love HTHT sessions yay! :)

Anw I feel bad skipping today's Food Trail cause I oversleptttttttt. I think I switched the alarm off myself sersiously, must have been too tired hahah!! Okay but I'll try to make it for cycling trip on Saturday! :)

Oh I just remembered I saw Aaron yesterday!! My violin senior in primary school!! And the best thing is, he actually recognised me first! It took me v v v v long to realised I actually knew him before during NBS Welcome Ceremony yesterday! What are the chances that we're in the same marketing group uh!! :)

And dang now I need help with school stuff cause I know nothing about it!! I mean like Idk what books I'll need, the add/drop thing and many many moreeeee. Think it's really time for me to read up!! Cause I never knew I had to take up electives with my current AU points! #dumbgirlmax :(
OHYES I ALSO DK WHETHER TO TAKE UP SPORTS NOT!! Partly cause Hall 2's a sports hall, and cause I want to try something new. WS's gna try netball I think, and I'm still indecisive!!
I'm also voice-less todayyyyyy. :( Just glad I didn't drink much yesterday and avoided hangover!

Officially moving in tmr!! I think I'm gna be homesick since I'd hardly stayed out for so long and it's... 9 days now. Sighhhhhh.

But I'm thankful that my parents aren't working tmr, means they're helping me to move my pillows, bolster and quilt omg thankful much!! I won't have to look likka tard on buses and trains! :D They said they may help me with the cleaning as well if they have time!! :D But I srsly look like I moving house eh! 1 bagpack(meant for daily use but it's damn filled now!!) + 1 handcarry + 1 shoebag(with 3 pairs of footwear -_-) + sleeping bag + one big box with things to bring in & clean + bolsterrrrrrrrr! Will look likka tard still!

Nvm I'm hoping camp won't be too boring. I'll be skipping a few nights for supper with Moltres peeps though! &I'm still thinking about going for P.Ubin and Foodtrail hmmmmmmmmz.

School's starting, signalling the end of my 7 to 8 months worth of holidays! I'm glad to have enjoyed them, but somehow it just seemed that time passed too fast cause I've still yet to meet up with some people during this period :( I love making new friends but I wouldn't wanna lose some people who used to be my confidante(s) Seems like I'll really need to find time to meet them whilst schooling, though they're not in NTU!

I may not be the best daughter on Earth who spends tons of time with her parents but I'm glad to be a filial daughter living up to most of my parent's expectations.

Just realised how hard it could be for one to respect their very own parents who'd raised them so hard since birth. :/

Really really thankful to have such awesome parents :) Bet my brother feels that way too!

Wooo NBS FOC was quite a blast! Enjoyed it pretty much(except for the mud games esp) and cheers to Moltres for being the best OG!! :) A pity that we didn't get the best mascot after all our hard work trying to sew and put them together! But still..

Ohhhh and I'm in hall 2, which has no aircon and lift!!! & There is no senior/OGL from my group in the same hall :(

My body clock is pretty screwed cause of camp, with only 1-2 hours of sleep daily!! & I cant seem to fall asleep now!!

Back after a month! Hehehe at least during my hiatus I've spent my time pretty well! :) I'll just sum things up since it's like so late and I need my sleep; Idk when I'll ever feel like blogging anyway hahaha. Just don't like this webby being changed to .sg cause it'll be archived somewhere next time. :/

Work's not as bad as it seemed. Well at least I made friends with two PTs who happened to be friends with bengz. & Somehow I talk to some of the staff there, hahaha they're quite friendly! :) And most people remembered me as the 'photocopying girl' cause I'm like hogging on to their photocopying machine in the room though I do help to sort out the printed stuff in the midst of doing my own job x.x But I do appreciate the treats they give and those random talks during work ^^ Just super awkward when people from my previous workplace came over because it's under the same company!
Ohyes, I feel really bad for my mum who has to work so hard there, no wonder she always looked so drained after work!! :/

Got my favourite eggtarts at Fancy Delights while catching up with Peishi, Laura, Cynthia, Laiyin and Leroy! :)

Oh yes, after starting work for 2 days I took 4 days off (12th-15th June) to go Genting with familyyyyyy! :) It was a really sudden decision cause they manage to get a bus+rooms ready only 2 days before the trip HAHAHA. But anyway it was quite a good time off with family, especially because it's been years since we all went on a trip together. Had much to eat, and yes a lil' bit of babysitting Jiaxuan with my brother while the adults go watch soccer/casinoooooo. A pity that I fell sick on the second night; my brother also fell sick on the last night! :/ But still I'm glad to go on a holidayyyyyyy!

Heh that's not all; celebrated Joyce's and Kary's birthdays as well! :) Met lotsa people that day; especially at the Gym during ladies' hour on Mondays!
Headed to Bangkok from 6th-9th July with Weishan, Yanping and Jeremy. I must say I'm probably the blurest person on Earth! You know of people who forget to bring their passports, but surely not hearing of one who brought her mum's passport instead and realising it when it's gna be her turn to check in LOL. Ah seriously, despite being so worried and checking everything I still missed it!! Luckily my parents were awake and willing to bring it to me early in the morning!! Ohyes, compared to Weishan's luggage, mine looked as though I'm heading for a war :S

Well the trip's not bad; the hotel's nice and I like it's location cause it's near the mall and market! Shopped quite a bit at Platinum Mall on the first day, went to Chatuchak Weekend Market on Saturday & Sunday, MBK mall & Chinatown on Saturday night (for awhile only, lucky I managed to get my mum's stuff before it closed), Thai massage on Sunday night and more shopping at Platinum Mall & Pratunam(sp?) market on the last day! I realised stuff sold at Platinum Mall was pretty much overpriced compared to the other places! & I got chided quite often for always getting stuff for other people instead of myself T.T
(My godsis really got lotsa clothes, and at super low prices cause she knew how to bargain well!!)
I got to try tomyum soup thereeeeeeeeee as well as birds' nest and a few other local street food! :)
Okay anw I'm still whining at my mum that I didn't have enough money to buy the bag and pair of sandals that I wanted! Regretted much cause I was the one who told my mum I didn't need too much spare cash on hand :(

Oh yes, I need someone to psycho me because......... NBS FOC called me and I'm in now!! I should be glad rightttttt, cause it's one of the hardest camps to get into esp when they do balloting and they definitely find out about your looks and if you're enthusiastic. It was quite funny I remembered, I got a call from a guy at first who told me.... I'm not in, but they want to see if I'm enthusiastic enough to get me in. He told me to do a cheer... which I really could not think of cause I just  woke up late in the afternoon after coming back from BKK! He asked me to sing as well but I gave it a pass! Strangely enough, another girl(from the same OG) called me and asked me to list 10 pokemonnnnnnnn (they just wanted to hear the group name Moltres!) and do a cheer from my JC. I swear my brother thought that I was a joke doing that on the phone!!! But yeah they got me in, and it's by luck 'cuz they called up the wrong person HAHA.

But the thing is, I'm starting to get cold feet now & I'm not really anticipating it. :/ Partly cause I wanted to spend some time with family before school starts; I'd be living in a hostel then and only be back during the weekends. And because... I'm not as enthusiastic and participative as the OGLs thought of me to be! & I got a feeling I'd be forced to wear contacts everyday by myself just not to look too out of place. Well, frm what I know, there's probably pretty people everywhere in contacts so wearing specs makes you oddddddd. Argh I'm just finding excuses, but anyway I'll try to be more optimistic and enjoy it. Hopefully I'll get to make some friends cause I'm skipping precamp bonding session.

Tmr's my only free day left before my hectic week from Fri-Fri! Gna do some cleaning up and spend time with familyyyyyy :) I'm watching Big now, quite nice!!! Hehe love this song from the show! :)
